Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g diced mutton
500 g string beans (can)
500 g onions
500 g small-cut potatoes
100 g rib-bacons
oil
a half pint bouillon
salt
pepper
spices after liking
a half pint sour cream or heavy sour cream
100 g crumbled cheese
3 tbs. ketchup

Preparation of food:
Lay out the casserole dish with bacon, roast gently the string beans, the onions, potatoes and the beef, stack everything in the casserole dish. Mixe the spices with the boullion and douse the casserole with it, cover the casserole with a lid or with aluminium foil and roast it with firm heat for about 1 hour. Mix the cheese and the ketchup with the sour cream pour the sour cream over the casserole and bake it again without the lid for about 15 Minutes. The casserole should become a little brown.
